Our professional roof inspectors will thoroughly inspect your roof and provide a detailed report within two business days of your request, free of charge. Roofs in good condition can be certified for 2, 3, or 5 years. If repair or replacement is needed, the report will identify the minimum work required to certify the roof, with quotes from up to 3 of our highly qualified roofing contractors best suited for the identified work.

Roof inspections are an essential part of maintaining your home’s structural integrity. A roof inspection is a thorough examination of all roofing components on, or in, your home. The inspection is performed to determine the current performance of your roof and what, if anything, needs to be done to correct any problems. Roof inspections are also performed to certify a roof. That is, to determine the condition, quality and expected lifespan of a roof.
Roof
We will inspect the current condition and quality of the roofing material. We look for signs of age, defects, wear, leaks or other damage.
Penetrations
Penetrations for pipes, flues, solar panels and the like are closely examined as they are common problem areas.
Vents
Proper attic ventilation is essential to extend the life of a roof and protect against condensation inside the attic.
Free Quotes
All requests for a free quote begin with a thorough inspection by one of our professional inspectors. If the roof requires repair or replacement, we will identify all materials and labor required to complete the work. We will obtain quotes from three of our highly qualified local contractors and email them to you within one business day of the inspection.
We take the work and worry of homeowners out of selecting a contractor, by thoroughly vetting our contractors and obtaining quotes from the most appropriate for the job. Most of our contractors have been working with us for years. You can depend on them as much as you depend on us.
Roof Certifications
Certifications are low-cost assurance against leaks due to normal wear and tear. When we certify your roof, if it leaks due to normal wear and tear during the certification period, Roof Brokers will have one of its contractors repair it, free of charge. We will perform a free inspection to determine if your roof qualifies. If any work is needed to qualify we provide three free quotes from our local professional roofing contractors.

It is not a warranty, and it is not a guarantee that the roof will not leak. If the roof does leak due to normal wear and tear during the certification period, Roof Brokers, Inc. or one of it's contractors or subsidiaries, will repair the leak free of charge. A certification does not cover the repair of any damages caused by the leak.
How long does a roof certification last?
We offer roof certifications in three different lengths: 2 years; 3 years; and 5 years. They are valid for the specified duration beginning on the date of purchase.
